Return & Exchange Policy
At Maison de Riana, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy:
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund to your original payment method.
UAE Customers: We offer free returns and refunds within the UAE.
Gulf Countries (outside UAE): Refunds are processed once the returned item reaches us. Customers are responsible for shipping the return by dropping it off with their local courier service, using our address as the recipient. Shipping costs for returns from Gulf countries are not covered by us.
We only handle deliveries; return shipments from outside the UAE must be arranged by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unworn and unwashed
In its original condition, with tags attached
Free of any stains, odors, or damage
Exchanges
If the size isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange for the correct size (subject to availability). Please contact us within the 14-day window to arrange your exchange.
